Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent image drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a legend identifying distinct areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
